包括同軸狀并列配置的圓環狀的第一剛性齒輪 2 和第二剛性齒輪 3。在這些第一剛性齒輪 2、第二剛性齒輪 3 的內側同軸狀地配置有能與第一剛性齒輪 2、第二剛性齒輪3 雙方嚙合的圓筒狀的柔性齒輪 4。柔性齒輪 4 的軸向寬度為包含第一剛性齒輪 2、第二剛性齒輪 3 的尺寸。
